If you need your child to leave early, please write a note and give it to the staff.
Picking Up Your Child On Time:
Please be courteous and drop-off/pick-up your child according to the scheduled hours of the program. We cannot accommodate children arriving early or being picked up late. The leaders need the extra time to clean up, prepare and move on to the next location.
If you pick up your child late there will be a late fee.
Late fee is $10 for every 5 minutes, needs to be paid at the time of pick up.
Children should bring a water bottle, labeled with their name. At many locations there is no access to water. There will be a water jug available if your child forgets their water bottle.
Please dress your child for the weather as well as for running & playing. Children should wear tennis shoes or sport sandals.
Bug Spray and Sunscreen:
Please apply bug spray and sunscreen on your child before they leave home. Staff can not apply bug spray or sunscreen to your child.
Accidents & Injuries:
In the event of an injury, staff will perform minor first aid. If the injury is severe, staff will call 911. In all cases, staff will notify the parents and complete an accident report, which will be on file at the Park & Recreation Office.
All participants must have a completed emergency form on file at the playground site. This provides our staff with needed information should your child become ill or injured. Please make sure that all information is current and that you include daytime phone numbers such as cell phones, work, and multiple emergency contacts.
