The City of Blaine views water as a vital resource and is dedicated to providing quality water to all residents. As part of a 20-year Water Capital Plan adopted by the city council in 2003, the city continues to build and improve infrastructure to provide quality water to meet current and future needs.
The city presently operates three water treatment facilities and maintains 17 wells, with seven wells supplying the majority of water demand.
A fourth water treatment plant is currently under construction and scheduled to be operational in 2021.
