The City of Blaine wants to make sure residents and business owners are safe and informed. The CivicReady mass notification system is a communication service available to all residents to receive emergency notifications. Users have the ability to customize notification preferences by signing up below. Communication can be received through email, text, and/or phone call according to your selections and based on address locations that you specify. The information you provide is confidential and will not be shared. 

The City of Blaine will contact you through CivicReady in the event of an emergency event based on your subscription preferences.

Examples of emergency notifications:

  • Evacuations
  • Local threats
  • Other incidents that require rapid communication

Severe weather notifications will typically only come from the National Weather Service not from the City of Blaine.

The city will conduct an annual test of the CivicReady system. The test will take place on Night to Unite.
