Special Events

The City of Blaine welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. While Blaine hosts events year round, many major events take place each summer. The PGA Tour has an annual stop in Blaine. The 3M Open is held at the TPC Twin Cities and is under contract until at least 2025. This event brings in 150,000 spectators and has an estimated $50 million economic impact. USA Cup is the largest youth soccer tournament in the Western Hemisphere and is held each July at the National Sports Center. The tournament brings an average of 25,000 people per day to Blaine and is responsible for an annual economic impact of $36 million.

The Blaine Festival is an annual summer tradition that features carnival rides, live music, a parade, and much more. The event is operated and organized by the Blaine Festival Committee. Most of the events take place at Aquatore Park.
