A complete application for rezoning, preliminary plat, and conditional use permit has been submitted and is pending review by the planning commission and city council.

At this time the applicant is proposing 128 attached townhome units, 77 villas units, and 50 twinhome units. The townhome units will be accessed through Austin Street which is currently stubbed from the entrance to Sanctuary Preserve and will continue through the new development to 109th Avenue. The villas and twinhomes will be separately accessed off of 109th Avenue.
A concept is currently shown for lots on the east side of Austin Street. The applicant has indicated the lots could be apartment or commercial uses. This concept is not under review at this time.
