Description

The proposed project includes 107 townhomes and a 7.5 acre site for a future apartment project.

The site is currently guided in the City's Comprehensive Plan for Planned Industrial/Planned Commercial development. The applicant is requesting an amendment to the plan to allow for medium and high density residential development. 

The proposed townhomes are a mixture of two different three story row homes. A fence and dense landscaping is proposed for the western edge of the property, adjacent to existing single family homes.

Timeline

• January 12, 2021 - Public Hearing before the Planning Commission
• February 1, 2021 - First Reading of rezoning application considered by the City Council
• February 15, 2021 - City Council to consider all requested approvals
