The northwest corner of 85th Avenue and 93rd Avenue (Airport Road), adjacent to Highway 10.

Description

The project includes 106 townhomes and two apartment buildings with a total of 152 apartment units.

The site was guided in the City's Comprehensive Plan for Planned Industrial/Planned Commercial development. The City Council granted an amendment to the plan to allow for medium and high density residential development. 

The townhomes are a mixture of two different three story row homes. A fence and dense landscaping is proposed for the western edge of the property, adjacent to existing single family homes.

The apartments are proposed adjacent to 85th Avenue and feature three stories of apartments over a floor of underground parking. A pool and playground are proposed to be shared by the two buildings.

Both apartment buildings are proposed to have a mixture of stone and premium siding on each side.
