The City is having trouble remotely reading your water meter. Normally, this is due to an issue between the radio and the City's receiver. The normal procedure would be for a City meter technician to come out and troubleshoot the issue. However, at this time, the City has suspended this operation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for your health and safety and that of the City's technician.
To ensure accurate billing, please provide a current meter reading.
When the reading is received, the City will compare the submitted reading to the estimated reading. Readings that are not within 8,000 gallons of the estimated reading will be adjusted and a new bill will be generated.
