Rezoning/Conditional Use Permit – Tommy’s Express Car Wash, 4252 122nd Avenue NE (PC22-0082/SAS)
The applicant is requesting the following:
- Rezoning from PBD (Planned Business District) to B-2 (Community Commercial
- Conditional use permit for a standalone carwash in a B-2 zoning district.
Variance/Conditional Use Permit – Dan Heathfield, 11391 President Drive NE (PC23-0009/EES)
The applicant is requesting the following:
- Conditional use permit to have 1,200 square feet of garage and accessory building space and a total of three accessory buildings in an R-1 (Single Family) zoning district.
- A 185 square foot variance from the 1,200 square feet maximum area of garage and accessory building space with a conditional use permit, to permit a total of 1,385 square feet of garage and accessory building space.
Conditional Use Permit – Gathering Corner, 1250 126th Avenue NE, #400 (PC23-0014/EES)
The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to operate an approximately 3,000 square foot micro-event center, with a limit of 60 occupants in a B-2 (Community Commercial) zoning district.
The applicant is requesting the following:
- Comprehensive plan amendment to change the current land use from HDR (High Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential,
- Preliminary plat to subdivide 8.41 acres into 76 townhome lots and one outlot.
- Conditional use permit amendment to allow 76 townhomes in a DF (Development Flex) zoning district.
The applicant is requesting the following:
- Preliminary plat to combine 10.31 acres (3 existing parcels) into one lot,
- Conditional use permit amendment to allow an expansion of a church and parking lot in a PBD (Planned Business District) zoning district.
The applicant is requesting site plan site plan approval for two multi-tenant buildings.
