Residential

Contractors doing residential home improvement projects will need to be licensed by the state for such projects as:

  • Additions
  • Basement Finish
  • Damage Repair
  • Decks
  • Garages
  • Roofing
  • Plumbing
  • Porches
  • Remodeling
  • Sheds
  • Siding
  • Window Replacement

A contractor would need to be city licensed to do furnace replacement, ductwork, air conditioner replacement, gas fireplace installation, boiler installation, garage heaters and sewer and water work. 

Commercial

Contractors doing commercial work will need a city license. See the following document:

    Please fill in the DBA on your license information. If you do not have a DBA, fill in your company name again. No personal names.
