Records

The Blaine Police Records Division is responsible for receiving and maintaining police records in compliance with city policies and state law. The staff is committed to providing excellent service to the public as well as supporting officers in preparing documents for the court process.

Office hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, excluding Holidays

Services Provided


Background Checks


Blaine Police can do a local record check of Blaine police records only. Full criminal background checks are completed by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).

Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting services are provided to residents and non-residents for a variety of licensing and documentation needs:
  • By appointment only. Contact Kim Kiley, Crime Prevention Specialist at 763-785-6186.
  • Cost is $10 per person.
  • Alternative location to receive this service provided at Anoka County Sheriff's Office jail facility.
