Education & Libraries

Education in Blaine is provided by three school districts, Anoka-Hennepin, Centennial, and Spring Lake Park. The city is home to eight elementary schools, one intermediate school, two middle schools, and two senior high schools, as well as three private/parochial schools. Post-secondary educational opportunities are available at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Anoka-Hennepin Technical College, the Anoka County branch of the University of Minnesota Extension Service, and Rasmussen College.

The Anoka County Library system consists of eight branch locations including two in Blaine. The Johnsville Library and the Northtown Library serve Blaine residents all year round.
