PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Blaine, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following application:
APPLICANT: Avington Place Home Owners Association
LOCATION: Club West 5th and 7th Additions-Avington Place (see map)

PETITION: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit amendment to allow for the construction of detached accessory buildings (including sheds) up to 150 square feet in a DF (Development Flex) zoning district. This amendment would change city regulations on sheds to match the current standards of the Avington Place Home Owners Association covenants.
HEARING DATE AND TIME: Said hearing will take at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 7PM.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. If you cannot attend, public comments that are emailed to email@example.com by 4:30PM on Tuesday, August 11, will be shared with the planning commission at this meeting. Unsigned or anonymous comments will not be included in the public record.
The planning commission will hear public comment in person at Blaine City Hall during the public hearing, as well as through the zoom webinar platform for those who wish to participate remotely. The link to the meeting will be available on the meeting agenda at BlaineMN.gov/Agendas five days prior to the meeting.
