PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Blaine, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following application:
APPLICANT: Blaine Square 2nd Addition (Blaine Square LLC)
LOCATION: 12403 & 12417 Ulysses Street NE (see map)

PETITION: The applicant is requesting the following:
- Rezoning from B-3 (Regional Commercial) to DF (Development Flex).
- Preliminary plat to subdivide approximately 4.07 acres into 5 lots to be known as Blaine Square 2nd Addition.
- Conditional use permit to construct two freestanding restaurants (Lot 1 includes outdoor dining) and a bank building, to allow an existing retail/restaurant/office building to remain, and to allow an existing minor auto repair business with shared access and parking in a DF (Development Flex) zoning district.

HEARING DATE AND TIME: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at 7PM.
The Planning Commission will hear public comment in person at Blaine City Hall during the public hearing, as well as through the zoom webinar platform for those who wish to participate remotely. The link to the meeting will be available on the meeting agenda at BlaineMN.gov/Agendas five days prior to the meeting.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. If you cannot attend, public comments that are emailed to PRobinson@BlaineMN.gov by 4:30PM on Monday, April 12, will be shared with the Planning Commission at this meeting. Unsigned or anonymous comments will not be included in the public record.
