PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Blaine, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following application:
APPLICANT: Turfco Manufacturing Inc.
LOCATION: 1655 101st Ave NE (see map)

PETITION: The applicant is requesting the following:
- Waiver of platting to subdivide a parcel of land (Parcel 2) into two separate parcels as part of a land exchange for Turfco Manufacturing ownership partners. The northeast portion of Parcel 2 will be combined with the adjacent parcel to the west (Parcel 1).
- Conditional use permit for a zero lot line for a building, driveway, and shared parking.

HEARING DATE AND TIME: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at 7PM.
The Planning Commission will hear public comment in person at Blaine City Hall during the public hearing, as well as through the zoom webinar platform for those who wish to participate remotely. The link to the meeting will be available on the meeting agenda at BlaineMN.gov/Agendas five days prior to the meeting.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. If you cannot attend, public comments that are emailed to PRobinson@BlaineMN.gov by 4:30PM on Monday, April 12, will be shared with the Planning Commission at this meeting. Unsigned or anonymous comments will not be included in the public record.
