Blaine Festival at Aquatore Park

blaine festival - 300x192

The 2021 edition of the Blaine Festival will bring carnival rides, live performances, food booths, craft vendors, and more to Aquatore Park on the last weekend in June. The Blaine Festival is not run by the City but is funded and operated by the non-profit Blaine Festival Committee. The City is glad to partner with the Blaine Festival to promote the event and to make sure that the 2021 event is able to be conducted in a safe way during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A COVID-19 safety plan has been developed by the Blaine Festival and will be updated and changed as need as the event approaches. Safety measures will include designated entrances and exits, social distancing measures, and limits on the number of people that can participate in activities at the same time.

Also returning this year will be the annual Blaine Festival parade. The parade will take place on Saturday, June 26 starting at Noon. A parade map is available at
