Work continues on the renovations at Blaine City Hall. The previously vacant third floor is nearing completion and staff are expected to move into the new space in mid-September. This will allow work to begin on the second floor to expand space for the Blaine Police Department. Work is already underway on a new community space and customer service hub on the first floor. Additional first floor work is happening in the building inspections area. The entire project is on schedule to be complete early next year.
Due to the construction, rooms at Blaine City Hall will not be available for community rentals until 2022. However, room rentals will start at the Mary Ann Young Center on October 1. Find more information about MAYC room rentals on page 8.
Blaine City Hall will remain open to the public during business hours throughout the renovation.
