PETITION: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to have 1200 square feet of garage and accessory building space in an R-1 (Single Family) zoning district. The requested conditional use permit will allow for a detached accessory building existing on the property to remain, with a reduced size, following the construction of the new home and attached garage.

HEARING DATE AND TIME: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, 2nd Floor, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 7PM.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. If you cannot attend, public comments that are emailed to PRobinson@BlaineMN.gov by 4:30PM on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, will be shared with the Planning Commission at this meeting. Unsigned or anonymous comments will not be included in the public record. The agenda will be available at BlaineMN.gov/Agendas three days prior to the meeting.
