The Northtown Area Redevelopment Study has concluded and city staff is working toward the next steps to make this plan a reality. 

A top priority for the Northtown Redevelopment Study is for City Staff to identify short-term wins and timelines and funding for public infrastructure updates within this district. The city continues to work with the mall and other private landowners in the district on revitalization. 

The City anticipates the Northtown Area Redevelopment plan to be realized over a span of 25-30 years.
