All in-person classes have been paused due to the new COVID–19 state guidelines. A full refund will be given to all participants that were signed up for upcoming programs that have been affected.

New Online Registration System

The City of Blaine Parks and Recreation Department launched a new online registration system earlier this year.

Each registrant will create a new online account before registering for fall activities.

Rec at Home

The Blaine Park and Rec staff continues to develop more online activity opportunities. Rec at Home includes a series of videos and contests that deliver fun for all ages.

You will find some of your favorite park and recreation classes in a new virtual format as well as park tours, coloring contests, and much more. New content is being added often; make sure to check back.

Music Together (Virtual)

Ages 8 months to 6 years

Music Together Online is an award winning program for infants, toddlers and preschoolers—and the grownups who love them—that is designed to teach the way young children learn: through play. During each online music class, your teacher will lead music activities for the whole family to sing, play and jam along to and show you how to make everyday items like dish towels, pots and stuffies into musical props. Even though your teacher is on the screen, each class is designed to be an active music-making experience for little ones and their grownups. The rich music environment in class, full of opportunities for experimentation and play, will help your child grow into a confident, life-long music maker.
