21-06: 2021 Street Reconstructions

Club West Parkway NE from 109th Avenue NE to Cloud Drive NE
93rd Lane Extension to approximately 350-feet east of Anoka County-Blaine Airport Gate A to 85th Avenue NE
100th Court NE from Flanders Court NE to cul-de-sac
Flanders Court NE from Radisson Road NE to 100th Court NE
105th Lane NE from National Street NE to Sunset Avenue

Project Status as of 9/17/2021

During the week of September 20, the contractor will be installing the final lift of bituminous pavement on 105th Avenue.

Club West Parkway northbound remains closed to traffic. Crews will be removing bituminous pavement and installing the first lift of new bituminous during the week of September 20.

The opening of Club West Parkway northbound and closure of Club West Parkway southbound is expected to take place near the end of September.

21-07: 132nd Avenue and Hastings Street Area Rehabilitations

Davenport Street from 131st Avenue ending 1160 feet North
Eldorado Street from 130th Avenue to 132nd Avenue
Hastings Street from 130th Avenue to 132nd Lane
131st Lane from Baltimore Street to Davenport Street
130th Lane from Baltimore Street ending 460 Feet East
130th Avenue from Baltimore Street to Hasting Street
Chisholm Street from 129th Avenue to 130th Avenue
Goodhue Street from 130th Avenue to 131st Avenue

Project Status as of 9/17/2021

During the week of September 20, the contractor will begin grading the roadway in preparation for curb and gutter installation on the streets below:

Davenport Street between 131st Avenue and 132nd Avenue
Eldorado Street between 131st Avenue and 132nd Avenue
132nd Avenue between Davenport Street and Eldorado Street
Hastings Street from approximately 400 feet south of 132nd Avenue to 132nd Lane
132nd Lane from Hastings Street to approximately 200 feet west of Hastings Street

For project areas south of 131st Avenue, sodding has been completed and the final lift of pavement is expected to be installed on September 20. This will exclude the 130th cul-de-sac, where curb repairs still need to be made.

21-08: 99th Avenue and 101st Avenue Rehabilitation

99th Avenue and 101st Avenue from Highway 65 to University Avenue

Project Status as of 9/17/2021

The roadway is fully open to traffic. During the week of September 20, the contractor will be seeding impacted areas.
