Notice of Public Hearing 18-49 Hy-Vee

CASE: 18-0049
APPLICANT:  HY-VEE
LOCATION: 210 125TH AVENUE NE 
PETITION: The applicant is requesting rezoning, to subdivide 39.24 acres into two (2) lots and three (3) outlots, CUP to allow for the construction of a 84,997 square foot Hy-Vee grocery store.


Notice of Public Hearing 18-56 National Sports Center - Sports Dome

CASE: 18-0056
APPLICANT:  National Sports Center - Sports Dome
LOCATION:  1675 105th Avenue NE
PETITION: The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a 135,480 square foot multi-sport facility, a building with height greater than 50-feet and a structure with a fabric supported roof. The sports dome is proposed to be built at a height of 110-feet.


Notice of Public Hearing 18-57 Proposed Zoning Amendment to allow building taller than 50 feet

CASE: 18-0057
APPLICANT: City of Blaine
PETITION: The City is proposing a code amendment to the RR (Regional Recreation) zoning text to allow a building taller than 50-feet in height and to allow a building with a fabric supported dome roof.


Notice of Public Hearing 18-58 Rezoning for new Water Treatment Plant

APPLICANT: City of Blaine
LOCATION:  12260 Lexington Avenue NE
PETITION: The City is requesting a rezoning from FR (Farm Residential) to PBD (Planned Business District) to set the development standards for a new water treatment plant. The water treatment plant is an important part of the City’s water utility and is proposed to be built in 2019.

LOCATION: 10945/10961/10995 CLUB WEST PARKWAY (CAVNER COMMONS
APPLICANT: HC DEVELOPMENT, LLC/CLUB PILATES
PETITION: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit amendment to Resolution 14-198 to allow for an amusement/recreation use, one future coffee shop/restaurant of up to 2,500 square feet and general retail uses at the Cavner Commons development. Club Pilates would be the recreation use and would occupy one of the spaces in the 10945 building. The future restaurant user is unknown at this time.
